Rundown and dilapidated, the project included refurbishing the open-plan office areas and reception area, enhancing the formerly drab basement level, adding bike and bin stores, upgrading the five bathroom's and kitchen facilities and overhauling the lift shafts.
Working to a high-spec contemporary design spec, JSBS were sole contractors for the five-month project which was completed on time and within budget. The fact that all tradespersons are employed by JSBS ensured that the project was managed harmoniously with all schedules synchronised between the respective teams; this is a key facet of the JSBS company structure and ensures considerable savings in terms of both time and money.
